Abstract:
An engine runaway prevention safety control system. The system comprises an engine (1), an auxiliary pump (4), a closed pump (6), a loading pump (11) and a winch motor (9). A real-time working state of a main machine is monitored in real time by means of sensors such as a rotation speed sensor (2), a first pressure sensor (5), a second pressure sensor (7) and a third pressure sensor (12), and then one or more controlled objects are selected, by means of logic operation and determination control, from controlled objects such as the loading pump (11), the closed pump (6), the winch motor (9) and an anti-explosion valve (8), so as to be controlled to ensure the balance between the torque of the engine and the torque of a hydraulic pump, thereby preventing an engine runaway accident, and also meeting the requirement of low energy consumption of the engine. By means of multiple runaway prevention control strategies, the risk of the failure of a single safety control strategy caused by a fault in a certain control element is prevented, thereby effectively preventing an engine runaway accident, and improving the system reliability. The present application further relates to an engine runaway prevention safety control method.
