Abstract:
The disclosed engine supercharger drive device is provided with a gear shaft (6) that rotates in tandem with the crankshaft (2) of an engine (E); a high-speed gear (8) and low-speed gear (10) provided to the gear shaft (6); a drive shaft (14) that rotates in conjunction with the high-speed gear (8) and the low-speed gear (10) and that is of the supercharger (12); a shifter (16) that selects one of the high-speed gear (8) and the low-speed gear (10) and that transmits power from the gear shaft (6) to the drive shaft (14) with the selected transmission gear (8, 10) therebetween; and a shifter drive means (18) that operates the shifter (16) in response to the rotational frequency of the engine (E).
