Abstract:
The engine torque estimation device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring, from a crank angle sensor disposed for a crankshaft of an engine, a time-series waveform the amplitude of which changes in accordance with a rotation speed of the crankshaft; a model input generation unit for generating input data to a mathematical model on the basis of the amplitude information of the time-series waveform; and an estimation unit for calculating an estimated value of the engine torque on the basis of the input data generated by the model input generation unit and the mathematical model.
