Abstract:
Disclosed is an engine valve with a heat insulation sleeve for preventing high temperature failures, the engine valve comprising an engine valve body and a heat insulation sleeve (2), wherein the engine valve body is composed of a valve stem (1) and a disc portion (3), the heat insulation sleeve is nested on the valve stem, and one end of the heat insulation sleeve faces the disc portion. The valve with the insulation sleeve can significantly alleviate the heated state of the exhaust valve under the scouring of a high temperature exhaust gas, can significantly improve the quality of the valve, and can reliably perform normally continuous operation in the harsh environment of the engine, such that the process is simple and feasible, and the production cost is low.
