Abstract:
An engineering system for collecting and utilizing regional rainwater and an allocation method. The engineering system for collecting and utilizing regional rainwater comprises a rainwater collection system, a water quality treatment system, and a control allocation system. The rainwater collection system comprises a rainwater collection ditch pipeline (1), dam (3), and reservoir (2) having a hardened underlying surface; the water quality treatment system comprises a filter system (4); and the control allocation system comprises a water quality monitoring device (7), a water level monitor (6), a control gate (5) and a water pump (8). The filter system (4) is connected to the underlying surface by means of the rainwater collection ditch pipeline, and the filter system (4) is connected to the reservoir (2); the control gate (5) is provided between the filter system (4) and the reservoir (2); the water quality monitoring device (7) and the water level monitor (6) are disposed within the reservoir (2); the water pump (8) is used to drain water within the reservoir (2); and the dam (3) is provided on the periphery of the storable and permeable underlying surface. The described engineering system for collecting and utilizing regional rainwater may effectively improve the utilization rate of rainwater, reduce the pollution of bodies of water and mitigate water and soil erosion caused by surface runoff.
