Abstract:
An operating part cover (4) moves between a position at which an operating lever (3) is covered and a position at which the operating lever (3) is exposed, and at the position at which the operating lever (3) is covered, the operating lever (3) is held in a first operating position. A housing (11) covers the upper surface side and the side surface sides which intersect with the front surface side of the case (2), and the operating part cover (4) is exposed on the front side. A rotating member (12) rotates, with a rotating bearing (13) positioned above the operating part cover (4) as a center, between a closed position at which the operating part cover (4) is covered, and an open position at which the operating cover (4) is exposed, and in addition to forming, together with the housing (11), a closed space which houses at least the operating part cover (4) in the closed position, holds the operating part cover (4) in a position at which the operating lever (3) is covered.
