Abstract:
Provided is an engraving mechanism, aiming to solve the problem of character codes being inconvenient to adjust in a character forming process in the prior art. The engraving mechanism comprises an engraving assembly (2) and a stirring assembly (4), wherein the engraving assembly comprises at least one character wheel (21), and the character wheel can freely rotate; and every time the engraving assembly carries out engraving, the stirring assembly stirs the character wheel to rotate at least one engraving indexing. This engraving mechanism can be used as an automobile stamping die and used for engraving serial numbers, character codes, production dates, etc., on automobile sheet metal parts, and no additional driving mechanism is required, such that the production cost is reduced, and the character wheel can rotate without manual intervention, thereby shortening the time for adjusting the character wheel, and improving the production efficiency.
