Abstract:
The present invention provides an enhanced carbonylation reaction system and process, and relates to the technical field of carbonylation preparation of carbonyl compounds such as aldehyde and ketone. The enhanced carbonylation reaction system comprises a feeding unit; a reaction kettle connected to the feeding unit; a micro-interface generator provided in the reaction kettle, connected to the feeding unit and configured to receive gas-phase material and crush the gas-phase material into micro bubbles with a micron-level diameter before the carbonylation reaction to increase an interphase mass transfer area between the gas-phase material and the liquid-phase material in the carbonylation process to enhance the carbonylation reaction efficiency, and sequentially convey the carbonylation product to a flash tower, a rectification device and a separation device to obtain a target product. The enhanced carbonylation reaction system and process can solve the problem in the prior art that the gas-phase reactant and the liquid-phase reactant cannot be fully mixed inside the carbonylation reactor kettle, which decreases the system reaction efficiency.
