Abstract:
An enhanced high-silica fiber composite aerogel fireproof material and a preparation method therefor. The enhanced high-silica fiber composite aerogel fireproof material comprises a composite fiber layer; a hole structure is formed in the composite fiber layer, and the hole structure is filled with aerogel; the composite fiber layer comprises an upper-layer high-silica fiber modification layer (1), a middle reinforcement layer (2), and a lower-layer high-silica fiber modification layer (3) that are arranged in sequence; the upper-layer high-silica fiber modification layer (1) and the lower-layer high-silica fiber modification layer (3) are both prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-90% of a high-silica fiber, 0-30% of an organic fiber, and 0-30% of another inorganic fiber. In the enhanced high-silica fiber composite aerogel fireproof material, composite modification is carried out on the high-silica fiber by using the organic fiber and the other inorganic fiber, thereby improving the overall mechanical strength of the high-silica fiber, achieving a molding assisting effect, and performing enhanced modification on basic high-silica modification felt by means of the middle reinforcement layer (2).
