Abstract:
Disclosed is an enteric-coated preparation comprising, as an active ingredient, a therapeutic agent for thrombosis or the like which has a potent inhibitory activity on thrombin, particularly [(S)-1-[(S)-2-[(trans-4-aminocyclohexylmethyl) carbamoyl]pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-2-isopropylthio-2- methylpropyl]carbamic acid propyl ester or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The preparation is hardly susceptible to the influence of diets, can be administered at a dose frequency of once a day, exerts an effectiveness as a therapeutic agent for thrombosis or the like when orally administered, and has excellent pharmacokinetic properties.
