Abstract:
Provided is an Enterococcus lactis with the deposit number of CCTCC NO: M20211220, which is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection. The provided Enterococcus lactis of CCTCC NO: M20211220 can still ensure a survival rate of 77.60% after incubation for 3 h in an artificial gastric juice environment with a pH of 4.0. In a mouse MC38 model, the Enterococcus lactis has a significant effect in inhibiting tumor volume.
