Abstract:
Disclosed are an entire-vehicle heat dissipating air channel structure for a battery pack and a heat dissipating method. The structure comprises a battery assembly installation frame (1), and the battery assembly installation frame (1) is provided with an air inlet (2), a honeycombed air blowing port (3), a honeycombed air outlet (4), a battery assembly (5), battery panels (6), battery chambers (7), connection grooves (8), connection protrusions (9), heat sinks (10), connection strips (11), ventilation holes (12), battery installation compartments (13), a front crossbeam (14), and a rear fixed crossbeam (15). The front crossbeam (14) and the rear crossbeam of the battery assembly installation frame are respectively provided with the honeycombed air blowing port (3) and the honeycombed air outlet (4), and ventilation holes (12) are formed on the battery assembly (5) composed of the battery panels (6). The battery panel (6) is made of an aluminum alloy material, and as the aluminum alloy has good impact resistance and breakdown prevention and also good thermal conductivity, a large amount of heat generated by the battery can be dissipated. The honeycombed air blowing port (3), the honeycombed air outlet (4) and an airflow-guiding structure on the battery assembly (5) installation frame enable heat generated by the battery to be effectively dissipated, increasing the utility and service life of the battery.
