An envelope having a simple structure and capable of being re-used, a seal piece used for the envelope, an envelope main body, and a reasonable method of sealing the contents of the envelope; the envelope, comprising the envelope main body (2) and the seal piece (10), the envelope main body (2) further comprising a released opening part (8) at one side thereof, the seal piece (10), wherein the seal piece (10) comprises an adhesive material allowing the seal piece to be stuck to or detached from the envelope main body (2) and is stuck on the front and rear surfaces of the envelope main body (2) across the opening part (8) so as to close the opening part (8), and a delivery class information part (11a) and a destination information part (11b) are provided on the seal piece (10), whereby, the opening part (8) can be opened easily when the contents (20) are enclosed in the envelope by differentiating the heights of the front and rear upper ends (4a) and (5a) of the envelope main body (2) from each other at the opening part (8) and, when the envelope main body (2) is formed of a transparent or semi-transparent resin sheet, an advertisement part (14) may be printed on the inner surface of the envelope main body.
