Description:
Envelope The invention relates to an envelope for use in post sending, for documents or any other object custody.

In the prior art are disclosed envelopes which are made up of some anterior and posterior walls tied up by some edges, the posterior wall has a superior turned up part which can be folded over the posterior wall and past to it, due to the adhesive it is provided with.

The major shortcoming of these envelopes consists of the fact that, in order to open them, some might need auxiliary objects, like a coupe-papier or a nife, existing the possibility of destroying these envelopes.

The envelope according to the present invention removes the mentioned disadvantage by the fact that, in order to extract the content of the envelope, it is provided with a cord which cuts, by drawing, one of the edges of the envelope or one of the envelope's wall ; the cord, which can have any profile, may be constituted of more threads, and may be also made of any element able to cut the material the body is made of, the said body may be perforated on a contour followed by the cord and separated by the content of the body through an interior flap, the cord been attached by any proceeding, including the sewing.

According to the invention there is provided an envelope which can be opened by its own means to which it is provided with.

An embodiment of the invention will now be described by three ways of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Fig. 1 shows an end view of open envelope according to the invention; Fig. 2 shows an end view of sealed envelope according to the invention; Fig. 3 shows a front view of open envelope according to the invention, in a différent constructive version; Fig. 4 shows an end view of open envelope according to the invention corresponding to the version as shown in Fig. 3; Fig. 5 shows an end view of open envelope according to the invention in a diffèrent constructive version, with the interior flap closed ; Fig. 6 shows an end view of open envelope according to the invention corresponding to the version shown in Fig. 5, with the interior flap opened; Fig. 7 shows a front end view of open envelope according to the invention in a different constructive version; Fig. 8 shows an end view of sealed envelope according to the invention corresponding to the version shown in Fig. 7, with a detached edge.

The envelope, according to the invention, consists of a body 1 which is provided with an anterior wall and a posterior wall b, tied up by some lateral edges c and d, and an interior edge g.

A superior flap f of the anterior wall folds over the posterior wall b, following a superior edge g equipped with a succession of perforations h in order to allow a cord 2, glued onto posterior part of the flap f,; to cut this edge by drawing one of the cord 2 extremities, I or i, which are partially turned up and attached onto anterior part of flap i,; so to cause and allow to grab the liberated extremity.

After the content is introduced into body 1, the envelope is sealed by folding flap f over posterior wall h and attaching them with the adhesive provided by flap f.

In order to open the envelope, the liberated extremity of one I or i cord 2 extremities are grasped and pulled so that the flap f is completely detached, and the cord 2 is drawn according to o direction of the body 1 plan, perpendicular onto superior edge g, till the cord 2 cuts this edge g due to the perforations h.

The envelope according to the invention, in a diffèrent constructive version, consists of a body 1 which is provided with an anterior wall and a posterior wall b, tied up by edges c d, and gaz Superior flap f of the anterior wall a folds over the posterior wall b, following a superior edge g which is quilted with a stitch 3. The stitches on both sides causes a series of perforations k on edge g and make possibly the firm position of stitch 3, made of two threads which, in order to prevent the destruction of stitch 3 and allow the simultaneous grabbing and pulling of thread for opening the body 1, are joined at some extremities 1 and m.

In the purpose of opening the body 1 in this constructive version, one of the stitch 3 1 and m extremities is grasped and pulled according to o direction of the body 1 plan, perpendicular onto superior edge g, till the stitch 3, due to the perforations k, cuts this entire edge g.

The envelope according to the invention, in a diffèrent constructive version consists of a body 1 which is provided with an anterior wall a and a posterior wall h, tied up by edges c d, and e.

Superior flap f of the anterior wall a folds over the posterior wall b, following a superior edge g which is stitched with a stitch 3. The stitches cause a series of perforations k on edge g and determine the firm position of stitch 3, made of two threads which, in order to prevent the destruction of stitch 3 and allow the simultaneous grabbing and pulling of the thread for the purpose of opening body 1, are joined at dome extremities 1 and m. In order to protect the perforations _ of the stitch 3 a flap 4 is attached on the inside part of the anterior wall a, under the edge g, the said flap been provided with an exterior pleat n, which is collapsible in comparison with an edge Q of the flap 4.

The content is introduced into body 1-the interior flap 4 open, then said flap is sealed by introducing between the posterior wall b and the content of the envelope with the exterior pleat n collapsible toward the superior part of the body 1, near the posterior wall h, so it can be used for opening the flap 4, afterwards the flap f folds over the posterior wall b and seals due to the adhesive provided by the flap f In the purpose of opening the body 1 in this constructive version, one of the stitch 3 1 and m extremities is grasped and pulled according to o direction of the body 1 plan, perpendicular onto superior edge g, helped and guided by the perforations _, till this entire edge g is completely cut.

The envelope according to the invention, in a dfferent constructive version consists of a body 1 which is provided with an anterior wall and a posterior wall b, tied up by edges c d, and g.

Superior flap f of the anterior wall folds over the posterior wall b, following a superior edge g which is stitched with a stitch 3. The stitch causes a series of perforations k on edge g and determines the firm position of stitch 3, made of two threads. In the anterior wall a and the superior flap f, on one side, and the superior edge g, on the other side, been placed and arranged some rows of perforations p and r which, in the case of superior flap f closing, allows said perforations to overlap and, due to the tearing on the perforations contour of the material the envelope is made of, the detachment of the envelope corner 5 which stays joint to the rest of the envelope, due to the stitch 3.

In the purpose of opening the body 1 the envelope corner 5, solidary with the stitch 3, allows simultaneously grabbing and pulling of its threads.

In order to open the body 1, in this constructive version, the envelope corner 5 is drawn, the material the envelope is made of is torn following the contour of the perforations p and r until the envelope corner 5 is completely detached, and then said corner is drawn fòllowing a direction according to the body 1 plan, perpendicular on the edge g until the stitch 3, helped and guided by the perforations k, completely cuts the edge g
