Abstract:
An enveloping device (1) which can perform a process for producing an envelope and
inserting a content into the envelope continuously at a high speed. The enveloping device
(1) is formed by coupling a film feeding means (2), a bag making device (3), an envelope
conveyance means (5), and an inserting device (6) integrally. The film feeding
means (2) feeds a rolled film (7) while folding it double in the middle of the width
direction shown by an arrow W. The bag making device (3) forms envelopes (8) continuously
by fusing the film (7) folded double in the middle in the longitudinal direction
while conveying. The envelope conveyance means (5) is a conveyor for conveying
a plurality of envelopes (8) while arranging them in one row. The inserting device
(6) inserts a content (9) into the envelope (8) under conveyance by the envelope
conveyance means (5).
