An environment-friendly antimicrobial mildew-proof water-based pigment paste, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10-80 wt% of a pigment, 0-40 wt% of a dispersing agent, 0.3-3 wt% of a microbicide, 0-5 wt% of a wetting agent, 0-5 wt% of a defoaming agent and 0-3 wt% of an anti-settling agent, with the balance being water, and the total mass percentage content of the components being 100%. The environment-friendly antimicrobial mildew-proof water-based pigment paste does not contain isothiazolinone and pyrithione type microbicides, and is thus harmless to the environment and human bodies; and the pigment paste is suitable for color mixing in water-based coating, and has the advantages of good antimicrobial and mildew-proof effect, long lasting time, a wide range of applicable coating systems, etc. The present invention further relates to a preparation method for and the use of the environment-friendly antimicrobial mildew-proof water-based pigment paste.
