Abstract:
An environment-friendly compression device for recycling waste plastic bottles, comprising a shell (1). A horizontal partition plate (2) is fixedly connected above the inner part of the shell (1); a longitudinal partition plate (3) is fixedly connected above the horizontal partition plate (2), the left upper portion of the longitudinal partition plate (3) is in an open shape, and the middle of the longitudinal partition plate (3) is connected to a horizontal compression bar (4) in a sliding mode; a connecting plate (5) is fixedly connected to the right end of the horizontal compression bar (4); a spring (6) is fixedly connected to the right side of the connecting plate (5); and a transmission vertical plate (7) is fixedly connected below the horizontal compression bar (4). A plurality of crushing needles (8) are fixedly connected to the left upper portion of the shell (1), and a longitudinal pressing plate (9) is fixedly connected to the left end of the horizontal compression bar (4); and a plurality of needle slots (10) are formed in the longitudinal pressing plate (9), and the needle slots (10) match with the crushing needles (8). The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and is used for compressing plastic bottles, so that the plastic bottles are convenient to store, and the plastic bottles are compressed by means of the longitudinal pressing plate, so that resilience of the plastic bottles can be effectively prevented together with electric hot plates, facilitating recovery of the plastic bottles, and compression and discharging of the plastic bottles.
