Abstract:
An environment-friendly curtain-coating paint with excellent comprehensive performance, composed of a varnish and a diluent. The varnish is composed of the following components by mass percentage: hydroxyl alkyd resin: 10-20%; aldehyde ketone resin: 20-25%; amino resin: 3-5%; 1/4 sec nitro-cotton: 20-35%; an auxiliary agent: 5.5%-15%; a solvent: 20-35%; and a color paste: 5-10%. The prepared curtain-coating paint has excellent dryness, glossiness, fullness and adhesion force by choosing a suitable resin system and suitable solvent system.
