Abstract:
An edible tubular article, comprising the following components: 30-70 parts of a main powder, 10-30 parts of a thickening powder, 2-8 parts of prolamin, 5-20 parts of a solvent, and 10-25 parts of water. The preparation method is as follows: S1, formulating, adding the prolamin to the solvent, adding the main powder, the thickening powder and the water after the prolamin is sufficiently dissolved, and mixing same uniformly so as to obtain a mixture; S2, molding, mounting a mold and a cutting blade of a molding machine according to the requirements of the diameter and length of a product, and adding the mixture into the molding machine for extrusion molding; S3, air drying, performing air drying on the molded product at 5-70°C for 5-20 minutes; S4, cutting, cutting the molded product into a predetermined length; S5, drying, drying the molded product at 30-120°C for 10-60 minutes; and S6, cooling, sterilizing and packaging the molded product to obtain a finished product. The product uses main materials such as rice flour to replace traditional modified starch and plant fibers, and is safe, sanitary and pollution-free.
