Abstract:
An environmentally-friendly long-acting water-soluble cutting fluid and a preparation method therefor, the cutting fluid comprising, in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of pine diethanolamine, 8-11 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-7 parts of sebacic acid, 5-7 parts of kerosene, 10-30 parts of an amido non-ionic surfactant, 100-120 parts of water, 12-16 parts of a preservative and 5-7 parts of a lubricating additive. Hence, the present invention has excellent rust resistance, cleaning performance and lubricity. When the present invention is used as a water-soluble cutting fluid for cutting, said fluid creates less foam, is easy to use, and does not create pollution, while being simple to produce and reducing costs.
