Abstract:
The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generating device including a film-type piezoelectric element, in which the film-type piezoelectric element is formed on a solar panel to produce electric energy through pressure and vibration of raindrops, so that electric energy may be produced even in case of rain rather than a clear day, thereby magnifying an energy output. Further, since the piezoelectric element is configured to use wind energy as electric energy, it is possible to simultaneously obtain sun power and the energy using wind power in an efficient manner.
