Abstract:
An environment-friendly solid waste crushing treatment device, comprising a crushing roller (4), a screen mesh (6), a cam (8), a first support (10), a guide rod (11), an elastic member (12), a second support (13), a box body (15), a fence (16), a sliding block (17), a sliding rail (18), a third support (19), supporting legs (22), a collecting vehicle (23), and a conveyor belt feeding mechanism (24). The crushing roller (4) is rotatably provided in the box body (15). The screen mesh (6) is provided on the fence (16). The first support (10), the second support (13), and the third support (19) are provided on the inner surface of the box body (15). The first support (10) and the second support (13) are located on two longitudinal sides of the fence (16), respectively. A first motor (7) for driving the cam (8) to rotate is provided on the first support (10). The cam (8) is connected to the fence (16). The elastic member (12) stretches longitudinally, and two longitudinal ends of the elastic member (12) are respectively connected to the second support (13) and the fence (16). The sliding block (17) is connected to the surface of the transverse side of the fence (16), and the sliding block (17) is provided on the sliding rail (18) in a sliding mode. The sliding rail (18) is provided on the third support (19) in the longitudinal direction. According to the environment-friendly device, the screen mesh can be kept in a reciprocating vibration state, so that the normal screening effect of the screen mesh is ensured.
