Disclosed are an environment-friendly wall and a manufacturing method therefor, the environment-friendly wall comprising: a first column body (10) having a fastening groove (11), a first bent surface (12) bent from one side of the fastening groove (11), a first fitting space (13) provided inside the first bent surface (12), a second bent surface (14) bent from the other side of the fastening groove (11), and a second fitting space (15) provided inside the second bent surface (14); a second column body (20) having a fastening protrusion (21) corresponding to the fastening groove (11), a third bent surface (22) bent from one side of the fastening protrusion (21) and corresponding to the first bent surface (12), a third fitting space (23) provided inside the third bent surface (22), a fourth bent surface (24) bent from the other side of the fastening protrusion (21) and corresponding to the second bent surface (14), and a fourth fitting space (25) provided inside the fourth bent surface (24); a lower plate body (30) provided on the lower sides of the first column body (10) and the second column body (20) and having a fitting surface (30) corresponding to the first fitting space (13), the second fitting space (15), the third fitting space (23), and the fourth fitting space (25), respectively; and an environment-friendly filler (40) provided between the first column body (10) and the second column body (20).
