Abstract:
An environment-friendly weatherproof and stain-resistant wallpaper, and a manufacturing method therefor. The wallpaper comprises a substrate layer (1) and an organic silicone rubber layer combined together, and is prepared by means of a calendaring coating-embossing-vulcanization process. The process is simple and efficient and can be used for continuous production, without any harmful substances and pollutants being produced in the procedure. Wallpapers prepared by means of the process are environment-friendly and nontoxic and have excellent weatherproof, stain-resistant, fireproof, moisture-resistant, and mildew-proof properties.
