Disclosed are an environment management system and environment management method based on a geofence. The environment management system based on a geofence may comprise: a control server for creating a target geofence on the basis of a contamination source, and analyzing environmental conditions of a management area located in the target geofence region on the basis of information about the environment in the target geofence region; and a device for receiving information according to the analysis of the control server.
