Abstract:
An environment-protecting polyurethane (PU) composition especially used
for environmental-friendly synthetic leather, a synthetic leather and a preparation
thereof. A PU composition used for environmental-friendly synthetic leather
comprises the following components: polyurethane resin 35-60%, carbon powder
10-35%, coagulator 0.8-3%, N,N-dimethylformamide 1-10% and acetone 15-35%,
based on the weight percent. Furthermore, 1-12% functional nano material is
added. In the invention, according to the above mentioned embodiment, carbon
powder is used in place of lignin that was used in the past, so that harmful substances
and gases in the formulawere adsorbed by the carbon powder during agitation in
the dosing stove. It is advantageous for environment-protection and workers'
health. In the meantime, the intrinsic function of carbon powder was exerted
sufficiently in synthetic leather through the combination of carbon powder
and synthetic leather. The invention further provides synthetic leather made
of the PU composition used for synthetic leather and preparation thereof.
