Abstract:
The present invention provides an environmental control device for a physically handicapped person, which is disposed in a living space (S) where the physically handicapped person is located, so as to collectively control electronic products including an infrared-driven electronic device (10), a lighting switch (20), and a power outlet (30) provided in the living space (S), comprising: a mobile communication module (110) for storing information on one or more emergency telephone numbers and connecting a call to an emergency telephone number assigned according to a control signal; an infrared module (120) for learning infrared format information for one or more infrared-driven electronic devices (10) and transmitting an infrared signal according to an infrared format assigned according to a control signal so as to control an operation of the corresponding infrared-driven electronic device (10); a power control module (130) including a relay switch (131) which is mounted on an input power supply line within a lighting switch (20) or power outlet (30) installed in a wall body and selectively cuts off power supply according to an input power selection signal, and outputting a power selection signal matched according to a control signal to the relay switch (131) so as to control power supply to an operation switch (190) or the power outlet (30); and a microcomputer (140) for outputting a control signal for controlling driving of the mobile communication module (110), the infrared module (120), and the power control module (130) according to an operation signal from the lighting switch (20) of the operation switch (190) to which a signal is connected or an operation button (182).
