Abstract:
This environmental control system (10) is provided with: an air conditioner (30) which is for adjusting the temperature of a space (300) where a subject (200) is located; and a control device (120) which performs control for prioritizing action of the parasympathetic nervous system of the subject (200) over action of the sympathetic nervous system by using the air conditioner (30) to perform first control for raising the temperature of the space (300) and second control for periodically changing the temperature of the space (300) such that the range from the maximum value to the minimum value is less than 3°C.
