Abstract:
A powdered inorganic porous substrate having a water absorption rate of 70% to 400% supports a photocatalyst in the amount, in terms of solid content, of at least 0.01 g per 1 g of inorganic porous substrate. As a result, it is possible to readily support a large amount of photocatalyst on a substrate, and in addition long-term, high-efficiency environmental purification activity is obtained.
