Abstract:
An environmental testing device (10) that comprises a cooling heat exchanger (22) to cool and dehumidify the air, a heater (23) to heat the air, and a humidifier (21) to humidify the air, and that regulates the temperature and humidity of a laboratory (C1) to a target humidity and temperature, wherein an evaporator in a refrigerant circuit serves as a main cooling heat exchanger (31), an auxiliary cooling heat exchanger (32) with a smaller heat capacity than the main cooling heat exchanger (31) is provided, the auxiliary cooling heat exchanger (32) is configured from an electronic cooler (33) such as a Peltier element, and thus energy efficiency is possible during stable operations with little regulation.
