Abstract:
Disclosed is environmentally friendly anti-slip, self-skinning matting composed of a PU self-skinning layer (1), an intermediate later (2), glue (3) and a slip limiting layer (4), wherein the intermediate layer (2) is of the same or a similar material to the PU self-skinning layer (1) and is a thin layer fixed with foam in a mould using a pouring method. The upper surface of the slip limiting layer (4) is bonded to the intermediate layer (2) by means of the glue (3), and the upper surface of the intermediate layer (2) is fixed with foam together with the lower surface of the PU self-skinning layer (1) in a mould using a pouring method.
