The present invention provides an environmentally-friendly antifouling coating composition, a method for producing the same, and an environmentally-friendly antifouling coating film including the same, the environmentally-friendly antifouling coating composition comprising: a linseed epoxy resin including an epoxy-modified fatty acid ester, a photoinitiator, a curing agent, a catalyst, and a filler; and a biocide including ivermectin and medetomidine.
