Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an environmentally-friendly detergent sheet, and a preparation method and a sheet preparation apparatus therefor, which belong to the field of washing products. The environmentally-friendly detergent sheet is prepared from the following raw materials: polyvinyl alcohol, a coalescing agent, a surfactant, plant starch, a cosolvent, a biological enzyme preparation, and a water softener. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring water, polyvinyl alcohol and a coalescing agent, heating same to 80-90ºC, and continuing to stir same to obtain a primary mixed slurry; adding a cosolvent to the primary mixed slurry, continuing to stir same, then adding a surfactant, continuing to stir same, then adding plant starch, and continuing to stir same to obtain a mixed material; and drying the mixed material, coating the mixed material with a biological enzyme preparation, molding same, and then performing slicing to obtain an environmentally-friendly detergent sheet. The present application has the advantage of the degradation time of the detergent sheet being shortened on the basis that the quality of the detergent sheet is ensured.
