Abstract:
Disclosed is an environmentally friendly discharging device for a ship loader, comprising a blanking pipe (4), a pulsed blow-back dust remover (10), a height adjusting pipe (5), a driving section pipe (9), a dumping mechanism (90), and a lower end material pipe (11). The blanking pipe (4) is connected to a discharging opening (12) of a ship loading conveyor; the pulsed blow-back dust remover (10) is provided on the outer periphery of the lower end of the blanking pipe (4); the pulsed blow-back dust remover (10), the height adjusting pipe (5), the driving section pipe (9), and the lower end material pipe (11) are connected in sequence. On the one hand, the device absorbs and removes dust in a closed environment by means of the pulsed blow-back dust remover, and on the other hand, the device stretches into the material through the lower end material pipe to leave the dust by using the material so as to prevent raising dust.
