Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an environmentally-friendly and energy-saving structural layer for a refrigeration device, and applications thereof. The structural layer consists of an HFO foamable rigid polyurethane foam layer and a modified aromatic vinyl resin interior lining board. The modified aromatic vinyl resin is an organosilicon polymer. In the modified aromatic vinyl resin, the weight content of the organosilicon polymer accounts for 20% to 95%. The environmentally-friendly and energy-saving structural layer for a refrigeration device preparedin the present invention overcomes the problem of material cracking of an existing refrigeration device when the HFO foaming agent and the ABS interior lining board are used together, improving environmentally-friendly and energy-saving performance of the refrigeration device, and maintains good forming performance because the structural layer still contains the ABS material, so that variability and high-end tastes can be implemented on the structural design of the refrigeration device.
