Abstract:
Disclosed is a environmentally-friendly high-temperature gas-solid reaction blast furnace with high efficiency and low energy consumption, the blast furnace comprising a furnace body (21), a furnace chamber (22), a feeding port (23) arranged at a front end of the furnace body (21) and a discharge port (24) at a tail end, blast caps (25) distributed on a side upper portion of a furnace body (21) and in communication with the furnace chamber (22), and magnetrons (26) arranged on the furnace body (21) and used for heating the furnace chamber (22), wherein a wave-absorbing ceramic base (27) is arranged on a lower portion of an inner wall of the furnace chamber (22); a material stirring device stirs materials uniformly in the furnace; the blast caps (25) are connected to a blast supply device; a boiling chamber (4) is a cylindrical heat-source-free reactor and is arranged on an upper portion of the blast furnace; a bottom portion of the boiling chamber (4) is in communication with the furnace chamber (22) and a top portion thereof is in communication with a dust collector (5); the dust collector (5) is in communication with a flue gas treatment device (6); and the magnetrons (26) are electrically connected to a microwave generating device. As the boiling chamber (4) is connected to an upper portion of a tail section of a horizontal gas-solid reaction blast furnace (2), the reaction efficiency and quality of powdery materials are improved without needing an external heat supply source, and the difficulty of dust collection and flue gas treatment at the rear is reduced.
