Abstract:
An environmentally-friendly lotion pump, comprising a pump body (1) that extends within a bottle body; a pump chamber (2) is provided on the pump body, and a bottle locking cover (3) capable of fixing the pump body to the bottle body is connected to the pump body; a pumping assembly (4) capable of moving vertically within the pump chamber so as to pump a liquid within the bottle body upward is provided within the pump chamber; a check valve (5) is provided at a lower end of the pump chamber; a bending nozzle (6) is connected to an upper end of the pumping assembly; a locking cover (7) is disposed on an inner wall of the pump chamber; a spring (8) is provided between an upper end surface of the locking cover and the bending nozzle; the pumping assembly comprises a pump rod (41) which is provided thereon with a liquid inlet (412), and a piston (42) is connected to the pump rod; and a limiting assembly (9) capable of stopping the bending nozzle from pressing down when the pump rod rotates to a certain angle is provided between the pump rod and the locking cover. The described emulsion pump is simple in structure and may be locked by itself. Moreover, all the parts are made of plastic material and may be recycled conveniently, thus the pump saves energy and is environmentally friendly.
