Title:
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MULTI-COLOR CONTINUOUS AND CYCLIC INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS AND INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/136814
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An environmentally friendly multi-color continuous and cyclic injection molding process, comprising the following steps: injection-molding all color blocks sequentially according to the color order of a product, so as to produce the product. Further disclosed is an environmentally friendly multi-color continuous and cyclic injection molding apparatus, comprising: a rotating disc (101), the rotating disc being provided with several first molds (105) provided around the axis of the rotating disc; a driving gear set (102), engaging with the rotating disc; several second molds (106), located above the rotating disc, each second mold being connected to an injection molding device (104); a mold clamping assembly (103), connected to the second molds, and used for enabling the second molds to clamp to or open away from the first molds; and an electrical system (2), in signal connection with the driving gear set and the mold clamping assembly, and controlling the working states of the driving gear set and the mold clamping assembly. The environmentally friendly multi-color continuous and cyclic injection molding process and apparatus have a high degree of automation, and each injection molding station can independently perform the injection molding step of the station, reducing dependence on manpower, and improving production efficiency.
