Abstract:
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly, non-powered flowrate regulating device avoiding contact with impurities when sewage and initial rainwater flow therein, by providing a buoyant body, which is in a water discharge direction, at a one-side bottom of an opening and closing plate. In addition, the environmentally friendly, non-powered flowrate regulating device is provided so as to smoothly close the heavy opening and closing plate by using the principle of the lever even though the size of the buoyant body is manufactured to be small, and can prevent device damage due to opening and closing impact, unlike a conventional method, which opens the entire main frame by selectively opening a cutting plate and a fixing plate according to the diameter of a dredging pipe for dredging rainwater and soil.
