Abstract:
Disclosed is an environmentally-friendly process for manufacturing a sole and an insole by recycling waste plastic bottles, the process comprises the following steps: recycling a plastic bottle, and using the recycled plastic bottle to produce raw materials needed in manufacturing of a sole and an insole; that is, firstly, recycling a plastic bottle; removing a cap of the recycled plastic bottle, and peeling off a surface plastic label; then performing cleaning; then drying the cleaned plastic bottle to remove moisture from the surface and the interior of the bottle so as to avoid a subsequent crushing operation and physical properties from being affected; using a plastic bottle crusher to crush the dried plastic bottle; using a dryer to dry materials acquired by means of crushing, wherein drying duration is 5 to 6 hours, and a drying temperature is controlled to be at 120°C to 140°C; and then performing material compounding. The environmentally-friendly process for manufacturing the sole and athe insole by recycling waste plastic bottle uses waste plastics and a recycling-based manufacturing process, thereby achieving environmental protection.
