Abstract:
The present invention provides an environmentally-friendly and safe weir provided with both a water way and a fish passage, comprising: a water pipe comprising a horizontal water pipe which is connected to a first air pipe that is horizontally formed above an embankment for supplying air to the inside, downward water pipes which are extendedly formed downward from both ends of the horizontal water pipe along outer side surfaces of the embankment, and ground water pipes which are extendedly formed on the ground in a horizontal outward direction from the ends of the downward water pipes, and intake/discharge water pipes which are extendedly formed upward from the ends of the ground water pipe to allow introduction or discharge of water; a fish passage pipe, which is seated and coupled above of the water pipe and is communicatively connected to a second air pipe for supplying air to the inside, for controlling the water level inside by the increasing or decreasing of air occupying the inside; and a control portion comprising the first air pipe on which a first aspiration/exhaust valve is installed, which penetrates the fish passage pipe and connects to the water pipe, for controlling the increasing or decreasing of the air occupying the inside of the water pipe, and the second air pipe on which a second aspiration/exhaust valve is installed, which is communicatively connected to the fish passage pipe, for controlling the increasing or decreasing of the air occupying the inside of the fish passage pipe.
