Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mortar mixers. Disclosed is an environmentally-friendly special mortar mixer, comprising a fixed base; a mixing barrel is placed on a top portion of the fixed base; an inner tube is provided on an inner bottom wall of the mixing barrel; a front side of the inner tube is provided with a discharging hole; a bottom wall of the inner tube is communicated with a discharging mechanism that penetrates the mixing barrel and extends to a lower side of the fixed base; the interior of the mixing barrel is fixedly connected to a fixed plate; a stirring paddle is movably connected to a right side of the fixed plate; a stirring shaft is fixedly connected to a right side end of the stirring paddle; the stirring shaft is disposed on a left side of a driving mechanism; a first screw is threadedly connected to an inner side of the driving mechanism; the inner side of the driving mechanism is provided with a sealing pad block by means of the first screw, and a second screw is threadedly connected to an inner side of the mixing barrel. The environmentally-friendly special mortar mixer quickly and efficiently cleans an outer wall, facilitates rapid disassembly and maintenance, and improves maintenance efficiency.
