Abstract:
An environmentally-friendly water-based special paint for a sewage manhole cover, relating to the field of water-based coatings, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 2-5 parts of water-based alkyd resin, 20-30 parts of water, 0.05-0.15 part of a defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a dispersing agent, 0.3-0.8 part of a pH regulator, 0.5-1.0 part of a film forming additive, 1.3-3.8 parts of an anti-flash-rust additive, 0.2-0.5 part of carbon black, 1.5-3.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-15 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 8-16 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of mica powder, 0.45-1.2 parts of a thickening agent, 2-5 parts of an anti-settling thixotropic agent, 0.05-0.15 part of a drier, and 0.1-0.3 part of an anti-scratch additive. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the environmentally-friendly water-based special paint for a sewage manhole cover. The prepared environmentally-friendly water-based special paint for a sewage manhole cover has low VOC content, effectively improved smell, and good environmental friendliness; moreover, indicators of a paint film formed by the special paint all meet the coating industry standard HG/T4758-2014 in terms of impact resistance, weather resistance, salt spray resistance, adhesion, hardness and the like.
