Abstract:
Disclosed is an environmentally-friendly wind resistance type rotational molded light beacon for facilitating navigation. The rotational molded light beacon comprises a pile foundation, and a pile body vertically arranged on an upper end of the pile foundation, characterized in that the pile body comprises several superposed rotational molded cylinder sections, a mounting frame is mounted around a maintenance platform, and a maintenance platform guard ring is fixedly mounted around an outer wall of the mounting frame. The present invention has a rational structural design and is easy to mount. By providing the pile body formed by superposition of the ultra-low density polyethylene integrated rotational molded cylinder sections, the pile body is colored by itself, without requiring regular painting maintenance. By providing a steel truss with a cross section of a regular hexagonal structure and using the combination of the rotational molded cylinder sections connected in a socket and spigot manner, the stability of the light beacon is improved, thereby greatly improving the level of wind resistance and reducing the occurrence of situations where an operator spends a lot of time and effort on maintaining the light beacon, and in turn also saving on labor costs. In addition, the light beacon is small in size and light in weight, and manual installation thereof is realized without the aid of large-scale mechanical equipment.
