Provided is a masked antibody having better performance than conventional masked antibodies.　A molecule that binds to a target antigen, the molecule comprising the following part [a], part [b], and part [c]. Part [a]: A part that binds to the target antigen. Part [b]: A first peptide that recognizes the target antigen binding site included in part [a]. Part [c]: A second peptide composed of an amino acid sequence including an amino acid that changes from a negative charge to a positive charge in response to a change in pH from neutral to acidic in the pH range of 7.5 or lower.
