Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an enzymatic saccharification reaction accelerator and an enzymatic saccharification reaction accelerator composition, each of which enables the improvement in the rate of conversion from cellulose to a sugar in an enzymatic saccharification reaction.
The enzymatic saccharification reaction accelerator according to the present invention comprises a compound (A) having at least three hydroxy groups in the molecule and having a weight average molecular weight of 1,500 to 30,000.
