The present invention relates to an enzyme-carrier complex and, more specifically, to the adsorption or stabilization of an enzyme on the surface of a carrier, and to an enzyme-carrier complex which secures enzyme stability so as to allow an enzyme immobilized by a hydrophobic interaction to express enzymatic activity for a long time.
