The present invention relates to an enzyme composition for detecting the concentration of purine metabolites for tumor diagnosis and, more specifically to an enzyme composition for detecting the concentration of purine metabolites hypoxanthine and xanthine present in urine, the composition comprising xanthine oxidase, 1-methoxy PMS(1-methoxy-5-methylphenazinium methylsulfate, MePMS), EZ-cytox (WST-8), and potassium phosphate buffer solution.
