Abstract:
The present disclosure provides, inter alia, an enzyme electrode obtained by immobilizing an enzyme by using more appropriate binding. The enzyme electrode according to the present disclosure comprises an electrode and a modified protein that has an amino acid sequence in which at least one lysine residue is substituted with another amino acid residue in a fusion protein of thioredoxin reductase and thioredoxin. The modified protein is immobilized on the surface of the electrode.
