Abstract:
Provided are an enzyme having an acyl group transfer function as well as a mutant and application thereof, an amino acid sequence of the acyltransferase being that of SEQ ID NO: 1, and same being able to perform acylation on Macrolactins and Filipins macrolide compounds, Chloramphenicol, and Glycosylated piericidin A. Further provided is a method for combining an acyl group of an acyl group donor to a macrolide compound by using said acyltransferase.
